View full headers of an email
To view the full headers of an email:
Outlook Express (most versions):
Right-click on the message from the message list, and select Properties. Select the Details tab. If you want to copy and paste the headers, you need to click the Message Source button, and copy from the new window.
Outlook (most versions):
Right-click on the message from the message list, and select Options. At the bottom of the Options dialog box will be a text box labelled Internet Headers. You may scroll through this box, or copy and paste it into a Notepad document to view. If you do not see Internet Headers, you may need to click an expansion button (small square with an arrow).
Thunderbird:
Under the View menu, select Message Source.
Webmail (Roundcube):
Either with the message selected in the message list, or while viewing the message, click the More Actions icon (the gear at the right of the button bar), and select Show Source.
Webmail (Squirrelmail):
While viewing the message, select View Full Header from the message options (under From, Date, etc).
