Backups and Restoring within cPanel

"Backups" can be found in the "Files" box, which is usually the third box down on the main cPanel page.

It is important to note that system backups and full backups can only be restored by the site administrator.  If you need a system backup or a full backup restored, you will need to contact Support (email support@zordio.com or go to our website).  All sites are backed up on a daily basis.  These backups are then copied to another server, with a 30-day history.

If you wish to manually backup a site in order to be able to restore it yourself (i.e., if you are upgrading software on the site), you should just do a Home Directory backup, and also MySQL Database Backups for whichever databases are relevant.  Then, if the upgrade (or other site maintenance) is not successful, you can restore by uploading files on the right half of the screen.
