Password Reset
If you have forgotten your password, follow the following steps to get a new password:
- Attempt to go to your cPanel (e.g., http://zordio.com/cpanel)
- When the login box for username and password pops up, click "Cancel"
- On the next page that appears, enter your username under "Password Reset" and click "Reset"
If you don't know your username, contact Support for help by opening a support ticket, emailing support@zordio.com or calling 888-967-3461 option 1.
