Using Roundcube webmail
Roundcube is a newer webmail program, designed to be simpler and more visually appealing. It does not have as many features as Squirrelmail. Here's a few useful tips for using Roundcube:
* To select a single message, just click on it. To select multiple messages, ctrl-click on all additional messages after selecting the first. To select a range of messages, click on the first, and then shift-click on the last. Selected messages will be highlighted.
* You can move highlighted messages to another folder just by dragging them to the appropriate folder in the Folders list on the left.
* Change folders by clicking on a folder from the list on the left.
* You can search messages using the search bar at the upper right. Only messages containing what you have typed in will be displayed, even if you change folders. To display all messages, click the "x" in the search bar.
* Under personal settings, you can change how many messages are displayed per page, and your time settings. You can also enable a preview pane. With this enabled, any message you click on is immediately displayed on the same page as the message list. If multiple messages are selected, however, none are displayed.
* Under personal settings, you may also manage identities. This may mean having different signatures but the same email address, or it could mean using a different email address. It is very important to note that if you send mail using a different email address, replies to those emails will be sent to that address's inbox. If the address is not yours, you will not receive any replies. Due to widespread anti-spam measures, if the alternate address does not exist, the recipient will probably not receive the email.
