Moving Service to a New Address

If you are relocating your home or business within Zordio's service area and would like to continue using our DSL, T1, or phone service, please contact Zordio Support at least 30 days in advance of your move.  Service moves take from one to four weeks to complete, and giving us 30 days notice allows us to provide a smooth transition.  Once you inform us of the new address, the move date, and which services will be transferred, Zordio can provide an estimate of the service move fee, which depends on that information.  Requests for service moves made with less than 30 days notice may take up to 30 days to complete and may result in downtime.
