PBX-Polycom-Sticky Buttons

Sometimes the buttons on a Polycom phone will stick as a number is punched in.  This occurs because the phones register themselves once a minute, on the minute, which occurs because the phones are linked to a remote PBX from behind a firewall.  If this happens, create a support ticket by emailing support@zordio.com or filling out the form on our website.
