What nameservers should I use?
If you will be relying on Zordio for DNS, then use ns1.zordio.com and ns2.zordio.com as your nameservers. You will need to provide Zordio with the domain and DNS information so that we can enter it for you. Any changes would need to go through Support. Simply submit a ticket with the above information from your account at our website.
You may also host your own DNS, and either request that the Zordio nameservers act as a slave for your domain, or publish your nameserver records directly. If you publish your own nameservers, you will need to request a firewall exception for your nameservers. If you are hosting your DNS elsewhere (off-network), then no further action needs to be taken with Zordio.
In all cases, you must notify Zordio of reverse DNS entries for your IP. By default, all IP's allocated to you will have your domain as the reverse DNS.
