Acceptable Use Policy
Zordio provides internet and telecommunication services (the "Service") for a range of uses. Customer is expected to use services provided by Zordio responsibly.
All use of the Service shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations, and must not be used to violate or aid in violating any of the aforesaid laws, ordinances and regulations. Customer is responsible for knowing and abiding by the applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations. The Service shall not be used to infringe upon the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized distribution or misappropriation of copyrighted material, or the collection of personal data for use without prior or implied consent. (For instance, a user visiting a website gives implied consent for its activities to be tracked on that website, but that implied consent does not include sending unsolicited messages to the user or selling the tracking data to a third party.)
Use of the Service must comply with the accepted norms of the internet community. Some, but not all, unacceptable activities are threats, harassment, blackmail, invasion of privacy, knowingly sending unsolicited email (spam) and/or retrieving responses to said email, attempts to gain access to an account, host, or system without authorization, and using the account, host, or system of another user to perform illegal and/or unacceptable activities. Use of the Service to disrupt or restrict the Service, or service provided by other internet and/or telecommunications providers, of other users is prohibited.
Zordio reserves the right to change this Acceptable Use Policy at any time, without notice.
